Making your home comfortable and energy efficient is our goal. Saving you money on high priced heating and cooling costs is what we do. As of 2021 the Ontario Building Code has new requirements of r60 insulation in attics. So if your house was built before 2021 then you likely need a top up.
Attics are usually the biggest area of heat loss in a home. Blown in insulation is the best way to fix this problem to make your home warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer.

Cellulose or Fiberglass

Government Grants

Inspections
After arranging a good time for you, we come by for a quick look in your attic to see if you actually need insulation topped up. If you dont need any insulation we dont talk you into work that doesnt need doing, we tell you that you are all good and we are done! If you need it we provide an honest estimate and timeline of you job. We will work with the homeowner from start to finish!
